Scott Hardy
Chief Executive Officer
Scott joined the Conservice team as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2020. He is a well-respected, strategic leader who has led multiple customer-focused transformations for high growth companies.
Prior to joining the Conservice team, Scott served as the COO for Vivint Smart Home. He has held senior leadership roles at strategy consulting firms, such as McKinsey & Company and Cicero Group, and served in a senior product role at Cisco. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Marc Treitler
President Sustainability Solutions, General Counsel
Marc is the foremost expert in regulatory and legal matters in the utility management industry. He works to identify legislative opportunities and supports lobbying efforts to ensure that the best interests of our clients are protected. He attends key legislative hearings and participates in drafting legislation. Sample lease language written by Marc has been published in legal handbooks. Marc has served as co-chair and chairman of the National Submetering and Utility Allocation’s (NSUAA) regulatory committee. He also sits on several boards, including the California Apartment Association. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA and a JD and an MBA from the University of San Diego and has been with Conservice since 2004.
Liz Udy
Chief Revenue Officer
Liz began working for Conservice in 2004 and currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). She is responsible for integrating and aligning all revenue-related departments, including marketing, sales, account management, and revenue operations.
Prior to her role as CRO, Liz served as Vice President of Account Management where she dedicated herself to building a successful team that ensures our clients’ needs are met to the highest standards while also providing the best Conservice experience. During this time, she managed several key client accounts and played an instrumental role in the development of essential client reporting. Liz brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the team.
Jerry Davis
Chief Sales Officer
Jerry joined the Conservice team in 2005 and currently serves as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effectively managing all multifamily sales. With more than 20 years of sales experience, he is one of the most experienced sales executives in the industry and has a national footprint in multifamily. Jerry’s ability to foster true partnerships allows Conservice to effectively meet and exceed the expectations of all of our partners. He is actively involved with NMHC and NAA on both the state and national level. Jerry has a BBA from Midwestern State University and an MBA from Baker University.
Aimee Wood
Executive Vice President of Billing Services
Aimee has been with Conservice since 2003 and serves as the Executive Vice President of Billing Services. Aimee has served in many other senior leadership roles. Her unparalleled expertise has been instrumental, including overseeing the development of our utility billing solutions with quality control enhancements ensuring billing accuracy and timeliness for our clients. Our Commercial, Military, Student Housing, and HOA solutions were also developed under her leadership.
Michael Burnett
Chief Operating Office
Michael serves as Conservice’s Chief Operating Officer. Having joined the team in 2023, he brings more than 20 years of operations experience gained through an eclectic career in federal law enforcement and global healthcare operations. Michael has held domestic and global operations roles in the federal government and various healthcare organizations in the United States. He started his career as a Special Agent with the US Secret Service and in 2011, transitioned to healthcare operations in the insurance, laboratory and vendor spaces. He has managed large multi-country teams and prides himself on scaling operations, with a focus on strong quality and customer experience.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University. He earned the US Secret Service Medal of Valor in 2008, along with various awards and accolades throughout his business career.
Todd Yost
Chief Financial Officer
Todd Yost joined Conservice in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to Conservice, Todd held a series of progressive strategy and finance leadership positions for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Before that, Todd was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, and an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets. His decades of experience in corporate finance and strategy for both national and international firms make him a valuable asset to Conservice’s financial growth. Todd has an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University.
Steven ZoBell
Chief Technology Officer
Steven joined the Conservice team as the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) in 2020. He brings more than 25 years of product development, software engineering, and business management experience. Steven has held Chief Product & Technology positions at Workfront and ADP AdvancedMD, and he served as the Chief Technology Officer for inContact. In 2018, he was named CXO of the Year by Utah Business; and in 2013, he was named CTO of the Year by the Utah Technology Council.
Prior to working in the enterprise cloud software space, Steve spent 14 years overseeing the development of more than 25 critically acclaimed, award-winning games for consoles and PCs. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Utah.
Rich Seeley
Chief Information Officer
Rich has led the IT department at Conservice since 2006, ensuring his team always has the tools and skills necessary to develop and fine-tune customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Rich is an industry expert in seamless data integration, allowing the Conservice programs to easily integrate with nearly any property management software. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and a master’s degree in management information systems, both from Utah State University.
Starr Fowler
Chief Human Resources Officer
Starr joined the Conservice team in 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining the Conservice team, Starr served in HR roles for companies such as Vivint, Boart Longyear, Honeywell, and AMEC. Her more than two decades of experience in human resources, strong talent management skills, strategic approach to DEI, and proven ability to help businesses scale make her a powerful driver for our company’s current and future internal growth. Starr holds an MBA in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Idaho.
J. Matthew Miller
Chief Payments Officer
Matt has led many of our utility solutions from infancy into industry-leading services. He is regarded as a Utility Management Expert. In his role as Chief Payments Officer (CPO), his focus is on improving the customer experience while decreasing operational costs. Prior to his current role, Matt served as the COO of Utility Services; and he also helped create and implement Synergy, Conservice Energy, Single Family, and Commercial utility solutions. Matt holds an MBA from Weber State University’s Goddard School of Business and a B.A. from Utah State University. He began his career with Conservice in 2003.
Quentin Smith
Head of Corporate Development
Quentin began working for Conservice in 2019 and currently serves as Head of Corporate Development. His focus is evaluating future strategic growth initiatives and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Prior to his career at Conservice, Quentin worked for Goldman Sachs as an investment banker and later went on to work for The Cynosure Group as a private equity investor. He holds a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University.
