Shauna Karren

Shauna joined the Conservice team in 2007 as an employee trainer. She spent the next 9 years developing a robust employee and client training program before transitioning to her current role in 2016. Shauna is responsible for directing and managing recruiting, employee relations, and payroll and benefits functions for the company.

Shauna is committed to upholding the unique company culture that Conservice has built by promoting a positive and rewarding work environment for all. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and master’s degree in Instructional Design and Learning Sciences both from Utah State University.
